Karate...
It is a well known fact that Karate as we
know it today was heavily influenced by the Chinese martial arts
most notably the Shaolin Temple arts. One of the most
influential aspects of Okinawa Karate is the study of the White
Crane system. There are few people in the world that understand
its impact on our Kata and Bunkai outside of Okinawa. Hanshi
George Alexander is one of the world's foremost experts on the
White Crane system today.
White Crane is essentially a countering art
of Karate. There are very short, quick strikes to many vital
